Patsy Reid (born 27 May 1983 in Dundee, Scotland) is a Scottish fiddle player and singer. She co-founded folk band Breabach in 2003 and saw them nominated for best Folk Band at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards in 2011 before moving on to pastures new that same year. In 2004, she gained a 1st Class Honours Degree in Applied Music from Strathclyde University, continuing her studies at the Royal Northern College of Music, where she graduated with a PGCE with Specialist Strings Teaching and PG Dip in Violin Performance.
